rubyhaul's packaging:
photocards - toploader + chipboard and/or cardboard + bubble wrap
albums - 2-3 layers bubble wrap + cardboard (if needed)
note: please reuse the packaging materials used if it is still clean and reusable.
payments
♡⸝⸝ PAYO (prio) / 3-days reservation with 30% down payment
down payments are non-refundable
fees
♡⸝⸝ packing fee: 10php (photocard), 20php (album)
♡⸝⸝ late payment fee: 20 php per day
note: only applicable if you failed to pay on the said dop.
♡⸝⸝ cancellation fee: 50% of the item you've had cancelled
♡⸝⸝ 10php for shopee listing bcs of the high chance of shopee deleting my account if listing
shipping
♡⸝⸝ all shipments are only done through shopee checkout (ggx) or direct ggx.
♡⸝⸝ NO RUSH SHIPPING!
♡⸝⸝ shipments are done in my free time / school days-off. i will still try my best to ship out your item/s ASAP.
♡⸝⸝ once I shipped out the items, I have no control over it and will not be responsible for any loss / damage that occurred during the delivery period.
refunds
♡⸝⸝buyer must have an unboxing video, the video must start with the item/s still inside the bubble wrap and pouch.
♡⸝⸝ refund will only be given if there are damages to the item/s that I did not disclose to the buyer before packing and shipping.
